If something arrives damaged, melted or past its best-before date, tell us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you. Send a photo on WhatsApp — that is usually all we need.
Sealed, undamaged stock can be returned within 7 days of collection or delivery for a full refund, minus the original delivery fee. We cannot take back opened food items, which is a food-safety rule rather than a preference.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Yoco, and usually land within 5 working days.
